PROJECT FORUM, National Association of State Directors of Special Education -- Identifies information needed to improve the management, administration, delivery and effectiveness of education programs and services, and promotes utilization of research data and other information for improving outcomes for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities. STATE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ALL STUDENTS (SAAS), University of Dayton - Funded by the federal Office of Special Education Programs, the purpose of SAAS is to provide data on the connections between State policies and the participation and performance of students with disabilities who take the regular State tests. SASS is also examining the unintended consequences of high-stakes testing, such as effects on classroom environment, graduation rates, and discipline. Findings, a bulletin, and an extensive PowerPoint display may be downloaded.
