Where is my reimbursement?

Please allow 30 days from the date that you sent your reimbursement paperwork for the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) to reimburse you. UIC provides comptroller services for the MC budget, so all compensation follows UIC protocols and timelines. If 30 days have elapsed, please contact Rebecca Page at 312.996.2063 or rbrand5@uic.edu.

If MC covers my expenses, why do you need my credit card information?

MC does provide its clients with travel and accommodations related to MC events. Credit card information is requested as a means of ensuring that faculty commitments to attend MC events as well as the expenses related to securing hotel and travel accommodations are guaranteed. Credit cards will only be charged with these event-related expenses in the event that faculty members do not honor their reservation.
